The Grossbauer Group (for International Magnaproducts Inc.)

Researched and wrote new product, category and value-added content (FAQs) for the relaunch of the dotcom site for an international vendor and distributor of rare earth magnets. Content strategy was refocused around key use cases and benefit stories, with an eye toward developing organic SEO on each page.

Genesis Products — Homepage Redesign & Replatform

Revamped and redeployed homepage and site taxonomy for Genesis Products parent site and its associated brand sites. Close consultation with client stakeholders resulted in a new online experience that better reflects the character, goals and priorities of Genesis Products.

Developed a streamlined content taxonomy to facilitate the migration of thousands of content pages residing on a 20+ year-old intranet platform. Planned and implemented the migration of this content to an AEM-managed web environment.

Bed Bath & Beyond — Intranet Relaunch

Developed a new information hierarchy for the company’s intranet site, incorporating various Sharepoint portals from across departments. Oversaw the on-page user experience and content authoring flow for the site.

Whirlpool Corporation — Direct-to-Consumer Digital Promotions

Oversaw content creation and authoring to support direct-to-consumer ecommerce on the Whirlpool, Maytag and KitchenAid dotcom sites and Inside Pass discount portal. Developed and implemented promotional strategy for key holiday promotions.

Launched a new product hierarchy and revamped shopping experience for both Gladiator’s US and Canada sites as part of a migration to the Shopify ecommerce platform.

Rebuilt taxonomy and IA for the simultaneous relaunch of all three brand websites on an accelerated timeline. Leveraged existing product APIs for an effective transition to a new, internally developed content and e-commerce platform.

Oversaw copy, IA and user stories for a ground-up revamp of Craftsman brand’s social platform with expanded functionality and features.

Directed IA and copy for Kimberly-Clark’s Health Care division website. Oversaw Halyard Health independent taxonomy and copy revisions incorporating new product categories and separate site localizations for the division’s divestiture from Kimberly-Clark.
